FHAF (Fat Hen And Flo) is the hiding place of Susan McKenna. On the often sunny Kent coast she hides away in her bright studio surrounded by her mountain of creative clutter gathered for the purposes of art and tries not to be constantly distracted.

Here the many creations of FHAF are born. Most start out as scribblings and doodles in her sketchbook and then, if luck is on their side, become screen printed, stitched, painted or drawn delights which then hopefully find their way to the FHAF online store.

It’s a delicate balancing act of ideas + procrastination= productivity

    I believe you’re based in Folkestone interested in your Bowie work what are the opening times of the studio if I want to pop by on Saturday & do you take cash & card?
